Questlove’s Podcast “Questlove Supreme” Is Joining the iHeartPodcast Network!
He’s a famed drummer, an NYU professor, a Grammy Award-winning musician, a member of The Roots, the musical director for the Tonight Show and now a podcasting powerhouse — you guessed it, we’re talking about Questlove. And if you’re a fan of his, you’ve probably heard about his increasingly popular podcast, “Questlove Supreme.” The podcast premiered season one in August 2016 and has had limited availability - until today that is!
“Questlove Supreme” will be released on iHeartRadio and will also be available for download across all major podcast platforms. What’s even better, new episodes of “Questlove Supreme” will be available weekly beginning December 4 on iHeartRadio and everywhere podcasts are heard.
“Questlove Supreme” is hosted by Questlove and five of his closest friends, but each episode also features a new, well-known guest. The podcast could be described as a fun, irreverent and educational weekly podcast that digs deep into the stories of musical legends and cultural icons in a way that only Questlove could. Each episode is driven by conversation ranging from the guest’s origins (along with a few never-before-revealed secrets to their success) to their life passions and current projects. Previous guests have included Usher, Michelle Obama, Chris Rock, Maya Rudolph, Weird Al, Chaka Khan, and many more.
Plus, Questlove is planning to hand curate and produce a whole new slate of iHeartRadio Original Podcasts. These shows will go beyond just music and will start being released early next year. We can’t wait!
